Hi, my name is Dr Farrah Collins, and I am a counselling psychologist.

I believe that we all experience challenges and difficulties in life. Counselling and psychological therapy can provide an empowering opportunity to manage, process and overcome these difficulties.

I offer one-to-one psychological therapy in Bristol and the surrounding area. This provides my clients with a confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss their thoughts and feelings and consider their behaviours and choices. As a Counselling Psychologist, I collaborate with my clients on identifying their goals and presenting problems and together we use evidenced-based practice to assist them in moving forward.  At the centre of my practice I believe in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship to facilitate this process.

If you would like to discuss this further or enquire about my services, please do not hesitate to contact me.
